• GI binding wire
• Line conductor
• Plier

Procedure

1. Fix the shackle insulator securely on the pole bracket.
2. Place the conductor in the groove around the neck of the insulator.
3. Take binding wire and wrap it around the conductor and insulator neck.
4. Make tight and even turns to secure the conductor firmly.
5. Ensure proper alignment of conductor.
6. Cut extra binding wire and tighten the ends.
